nonstop connection

Hello,
I work in two offices, and I would like to have a nonstop, permanent
connection of remote assistance between my two computers in the different
offices, and that I would be able to control completely the computer in the
office that I'm not present in.

* Is it possible?
* How do I do it without having someone on the other side to approve me?
* I know about the file invitations, but I don't want to create one each
time I'm leaving the office.
* Would Remote assistance be enough for me, or should I use another remote
program like pcanywhere?

Thanks!

Unfortunetly I'm a novice in the field of network configurations. Is there a
simple step-by-step guide on how to do it? Is there an option to use somehow
the normal remote assistance (the way I used to with windows messenger)?

Thank you in advance,
Tom K.
