Nonpaged pool errors

I get the following message a lot in my Event Viewer.
What does it mean and how can I help to prevent getting
them?:
"The server was unable to allocate from the system
nonpaged pool because the pool was empty."

Update to Service Pack 4.

also, you might have spyware causing the issues. Spyware
installs itself when you access certain webpages.
Download and install Spybot from:
security.kolla.de
It's like anti-virus software but goes after spayware.
Like Anti-V, you have to update the definitions semi-
regularly to be up-to-date.
The error is related to network traffic.
