NoNewWindows value set.

Hi,all:
Here I set the registry value
"NoNewWindows"=dword:1
which want to display all contents in one window.
But when I access website, for there may exists advertisements, what I can
see is just the advertisements, the main contents can never see.
How to avoid this ?
