None of your e-mail accounts could send to this email

Out of several hundred contacts in my list, there are 2 addresses that I
can't send to:
"None of your e-mail accounts could send to this recipient"

I've checked that the contact is listed as SMTP
My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication is checked
I've checked log on to incoming server before sending

Using WinXP Tablet PC SP2
Outlook 2003 SP1

Could you turn on diagnostic logging (see
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;Q300479) and post
the OPMLog.log file after trying to send to one of these contacts?

I'm having the same problem. It is random and one time an email will go thru
to the person and the next time it won't. I can't even reinstall Office as I
get an error, "can not find c;\programfiles\officeupdate11\512142.outlflr.smp"

this only started after installing the patch mso6409!
