Non-user needs help on setting up signature

The charity I work for from home wants me to guide all its caseworkers
in setting-up a signature line containg information about the charity.
As I have no experience in Microsoft mailers other than Outlook
Express, can someone advise me on a step-by-step guide for Outlook,
