"Non-secure items" warning after installing SP2

Our online store has a secure section for payment details. All the
picture files, css and javascript (milonic menu) are stored in the
secure section in order to avoid users with internet explorer, getting
the warning "This Page Contains Both Secure and Non-Secure Items".
This worked fine until this weekend, we have not modified the pages,
however those of us who installed XP Service Pack 2 now get the
warning message. Those who haven't, don't.

Any ideas how to identify the problem area (we can't see any
differences after clicking "no" to the warning - the pictures display,
the javascript works)?
