Non-post then post issue...

.... read thru dozens of reboot issue posts with no ideas... I'll turn
my PC on and everything fires up exept the video. I then hit the
reset button and all is fine... Am I missing something?

Athlon 3500+
DFI Lanparty n4F SLi-DR
2GB Corsair Value DDR3200
BFG 6800GT PCIe
Dual SATA Raid
One ATA "Backup" HD
Enermax EG565P-VE

60% of 'cold' power on problems, is the PSU. (and/or the capacitor failure
problem on the mainboard)
Sometimes its the inability of the hard drive to spin up fast enough for a
'fast boot'. try and disable that from the CMOS setup.

Also, just to confirm - you're not overclocking anything?

And, when did this first start happening? Did you change any hardware about
the same time?
