Regarding Microsoft Outlook 2003. I wish there was a Help feature that was
based on your PC as opposed to the online help option that is currently
available to Outlook. The problem is that even with my cable modem, it can
take up to 10 seconds of time to get a response back from the help servers
for a small paragraph worth of information. Though the option of being able
to look up the information online is nice, especially since you can update
the information in real time, it is slow and time consuming.
I prefer to have a help system much like some of your other products, such
as Visual Studio .NET, where you can quickly access any information.
Selections come up in around one second allowing me to quickly go through
several selections to find the information I need. As part of Visual Studio
..Net's help, I can look online as an alternative, but my primary source is
based on my harddrive.
