Non-moving Frame

Im using FP2002 on XPHome. I've inserted a left side frame
with navigation buttons in frame. How do I keep the frame
from scrolling with the main body of the page? I want the
frame to stay visible on the left side as the user scrolls
the rest of the page down in order to navigate through the
rest of the site without having to scroll back up to use
the buttons. I hope I worded that correctly!

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
 
You would have to use frames.
