Non HT Processor showing twice in Task manager

I need some help determining exactly how many processors I have in a
remote server. Everything says I have two, except when I compare it to
a known machine with dual CPU's. The Dual CPU server shows 4 of
everything.... so this makes me think that my first machine is a
single processor....

What processor? If it is an Intel CPU, what is its sSpec#?
A single, hyperthreading CPU will show up as two CPU's if
the bios is set up for hyperthreading. Similarly, a Dual
CPU server using 2 HT CPU's will show as 4 processors.
