Non-existent domain

Damion Norcombe

When we use the nslookup command on any of our
servers/desktops we get the following message

*** Can't find server name for address 10.0.0.2: Non-
existent domain
*** Can't find server name for address 10.0.0.10: Non-
existent domain
*** Default servers are not available
Default Server: UnKnown
Address: 10.0.0.2

I assume that there is a problem with the Domain
Controller and some settings are missing/incorrect. Any
anyone point me in the right direction?

Thanks

Damion

What DNS server do your servers and desktops point to?

They point to 10.0.0.2 and secondary 10.0.0.10

I assume these are DNS servers you set up for your AD domain?
