Hi I recently used non-destructive recovery on my pc, i had to recover with
no profile command. Windows has recovered and my files are now in
C:\documents and Settings\ user name *Janet* also C:\Program
Files\Application Name.
I have been advised to use System Variables to change path. and add
commandC:\documents and Settings\ user name *Janet* also C:\Program
Files\Application Name. Does this mean to add every program name. Also do I
need to install all programs and drivers that are installed by myself on the
pc.

you should add the path in the end of Path. Right click my computer-->choose properties-->click Advanced-->click Environment Variables, choose "path" in System variables, click edit, add "C:/documents and Settings/user name;C:/Program Files/Application name" in the end. then restart your computer.)
