If this is a recent issue, it most likely is part of the collection that
Chris has passed up to Microsoft to be examined. Try a previous
restore point, or play the games directly at Zone.com temporarily
as a workaround until the issue is properly resolved please.

How to use Windows XP System Restore: http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/pro/using/howto/gethelp/systemrestore.asp
I am having problems trying to connect with the backgammon site. The Zone.net logo appears but it doesn't go anywhere. This just started about a week ago and the withdrawal pangs are getting worse. I know you can access games through other avenues, but they are just not the same. I like the way, after selecting "Internet Backgammon" the large board appears on the screen and you can start playing. When you play through the MSN games home page, you have to go through a bunch of selections before you can even get to a game. What has changed??? I don't recall making any changes to my computer but something has gone awry. Does anyone know how to contact Zone.com? This is as close as I have come to contacting someone about this
There are issues on the game access from Internet Games in Windows XP. It
is caused by NOT current updates from Windows Update, NOT because you've
updated your anti-virus program, and NOT because of something you've done to
your computer.
There apparently is an issue on the Zone end itself, and that is being
investigated.
Check the microsoft.public.games.zone newsgroup for further information.
I will post information here as soon as I hear anything.
