Nokia Ring Tone composer?

I'm looking for a Nokia ring tone composer where I can see the music notes
on the screen, then convert it to keypress symbols. Anyone know of such a

I spent a while looking for a freeware one a while ago without
success. IIRC the crippled trialware one here is OK for playing about
with for a while:
