Nokia PC Sync

I am installing Nokia PC Sync (new cell phone) When I attempt to sync data
the PC Sync give me the following error. "PC Sync was unable to access a
valid Outlook profile." Please run Outlook and configure your user profile"

How do I do this?

Do you have Outlook installed? If so, you should have a profile. However,
