Nokia-N70-sent mail stopped in Outbox, never going further!???PLS

Hi, all. I am using Mobile Mail on Nokia N70. The back office environment is
Outlook 2003 +Exchange 2003. Problem is that mobile can receive email
properly but won't send any mails out. I can see the mail just sitting in the
outbox and does not go further. working on these for weeks and desperately
looking for advice. thanks in advance.
 
The fact that you are using Outlook at the office is irrelevant for this
issue since you are working with you Nokia now. Or am I missing some info
here? Otherwise contact Nokia support.

I am using a business solution for 10 users from a local telecommunication
firm and the mobile mail service being based on the email account on
Exchange. Once a mail sent on a mobile, it appears quickly in outbox in
Outlook but won't go out.
Any idea of why? great thanks.

Outlook doesn't have to do anything with this issue; your mobile device
makes a direct Exchange connection and thus Outlook doesn't even touch it.
You are merely using Outlook to see what's in your Outbox folder which you
can also do with OWA. It's still best to take this up with Nokia support or
otherwise you could ask in the exchange.clients newsgroup.
