NOD32. Why this problem about infected files?

Hello, I use NOD32 and when it scan automatically my HD it sees 27
infected files. Therefore I open NOD32 Control Center and I click on
"In-depth analysis" it doesn't see any infected file.
Why do I have this problem?
I think I have well configured my NOD32.

If you look close enought they are DBX files in outlook express from the
newsgroups with alot of infected posts
do not worry they are not active only if you click on the attachment in the
infected post!!
