Nod keep loosing my user name - why?

Hi
I am a registered user of Nod32
However, every couple of day I have to re input my user name, as it
looses the first 2 digits.
Once done it carries on quite happily for another few days
Anybody know what's up & how to fix please
 
Sorry have no idea, it's never happened to me. What has changed since it
started to happen and have you been to the Wilders Security forum where
the experts hang out to see if anyone there can help ?

It's been a while since I installed mine but I remeber having to put the
Username & Password information in:

Update Tab / Setup
