NO_MORE_IRP_STACK_LOCATIONS (XP Pro)

Following a blackout last night my PC is stuck in a Boot
Loop. It will boot ok into Safe Mode.

I have run Scandisk from Safe Mode.

If I try to do a Normal Boot, Scandisk always tries to
run. whether I abort it or not I subsequently get a BSD
with the error "NO_MORE_IRP_STACK_LOCATIONS". This phrase
has no results in a Knowledge base search.

The issue is caused due to system driver, to resolve it perform System
Restore in the Safe Mode if not working try restoring system in through
comand prompt
