No woofer sound in 5.1

Using Sound Blaster X-Fi sound card and MC-10. Both X-Fi and Media Ctr tests
show ok operation and generate sound in all 6 speakers. However, no bass
woofer sound when playing music. I have verified that all 6 speakers are
active in test. Have I missed a selection option that would activate sound to
the woofer?

PS: what is CLMEI in output mode of Audio in MC Setup?

I am not familiar with your speakers, but does the Woofer have its own
volume control button? Also check the wiring. Didn't it come with some
type of installation/instruction brochure? If you have a friend with a PC,
see if he can test the woofer on his.
