Check this out. With Web View enabled I select a mp3. Then I select the
folder it resides in and right-click choose Rename. Do that and Access
denied a file may be in use. Now this doesn't happen all the time but often
enough. Furthermore if I continue selecting mp3s and/or playing them then
ultimately Windows Explorer will throw an exception error.
Here is the fix. When this Access denied happens and you know there is no
file open all you need do is go to Windows Explorer | Tools | Folder
Options... | General | Web View | check Use Classic view. Then try to
access the folder and or file again for cutting or what have you. No error.
So what this says to me is no wonder Microsoft has removed Web View from
later Windows version. It doesn't work right.
