No wireless zero configuration

When I look in services there is no wireless zero
configuration shown at all.
 
1. run regedit and find

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\WZCSV
C

2. add a DWORD entry named "Start" and
value "2"
