No window???

When I call up my volume control window, the program
appears in my task bar, but not on my screen anywhere.
When I right click it on the task bar I get the options
to restore, minimize, or move (the other options are
grayed out). When I click move, my mouse shoots up to
the upper left hand side of my screen. This makes me
think that somehow the window got pushed up there and now
I can't touch it. Is there anyone that can help me find
it???

right click the item on the task bar and click "move".
Then use the arrow keys on your keyboard to move it as
needed until you can see the top of the window again.

Right click the taskbar while you have the program open and select
"Cascade Windows"

This will pull it back out to the desktop from where it is hiding.
