no web page through my mail in outlook unless i open explorer

when I receive mail which has a web page address I cant open web page unless
i physically open explorer first, it wont do it by clicking on the address,
its giving me the irrates. Hope someone can help me. Thanks Sue
 
No configuration info to work with here?
Crystal balls don't work in newsgroups.
 
At least versions and names of the applications involved;
Version of Outlook?
Which Internet browser do you use? Which version of it?
Which version of Windows are you using?

Things like "I cant" are much to vague to work with; What happens when you
try?
