no video

i can hear the audio perfect
but no video just a blank space
i have downloaded and scanned and
nothing seems to plug in
any suggestions

You most likely dont have the correct video codec installed

Although the other reply you received is most likely
correct, it sure would help if you gave some more
information about the kind of movie you're trying to
watch, which program you are trying to watch it in, etc.
