No video option selection

i have just install windows xp pro but the option the
adjust the video option is no available. Usually by right
click on the desktop, and selecting the option mode. The
display properties will be shown. But this does not
happen. Thus, how do i rectify this problem? i have tried
to install the display driver properly but the problem has
not been solved. Please help>!

have you tried going to display properties in the control
panel?
