No Video in Windows Messenger 5.0

My father and I have been using 4.7 and it has been
working very well. Now that we both have upgraded to 5.0
we have everything but video. I run XP home edition he
runs XP Pro. We are stumped and would like to know how to
correct the problem of no video. We would like to use
5.0 rather than going back to version 4.7.

Hi guys I am having the same problem. Win Mes 5.0 I have
audio but no video. I can converse with someone when
I"start camera" but there is no video.
