no version listed

If someone could help with this. When I go to Help then
about internet explorer there is no information listed
in the window version is blank copyright is blank. This is
preventing me from getting into some secure sites. Any
information on this issue would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi Carlos,

Could you please provide a little more information about what you are
experiencing? A good start would be:
What OS and IE version you are running?
What QFE's do you have installed? (Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove
Programs)
Have you installed any 3rd party apps between now and the last IE QFE?
Anything else you feel would be of use.
