No USB connections or Modum Port or Wireless working

I recently have had all external connection shut down on my laptop- no
wireless, USB or modem hookups working. I shut off the windows firewall
and still nothing. When I look at ipconfig it comes up blank. I think
it is something simple, but I have no idea what it is. Any help would
be greatly appreciated. Thank you! Tom

Check the power-saving settings. It sounds like the devices have been
disabled to save power.
