When I put my mouse pointer over a link, the URL doesnt appear at the bottom of the screen. In fact the bottom part where that should be, isn't there! What should I do?

Sounds like you're missing your status bar. I'm having
the same problem, I have to manually go to View | Status
Bar each time I open a new window. Anyone knows how that
can be set to be the default?
