No Updates via WSUS and difficulties running mmc.exe with /runas

Hello there,

I have a little strange problem on my administrator-workstation. It will not
install any Windows-Updates wjile other workstation are apllying the updates
(the german message is "update fehlgeschlagen", don´t know the exact
translation) and when I try to run the mmc with /runas and it stopps with
error message 0xc0000142.

I am working with an Administrator-Account.

Has anyone an idea what could be wrong?

You might want to post to the WSUS newsgroup or windows update
