No Theme / Skin / Classic Windows

I am low vision, I can't see white background, I use theme dark black and
white text

I can see good windows XP, Office 2003, all perfect but only one Windows
Defender don't have theme / slin

Would I like add Theme to Windows Defender Please?

Have you tried High Contast Black on the Accessibility Display options?
That seems to be close to what you're looking for, perhaps.
