No text in active title bar

Hi,

I just noticed this weird problem with winxp.

My active bar is empty, there is no text in it.

I checked appearance under desktop properties and the font selected is
trebuchet MS Bold size 10. it is also empty.

I went into control panel/fonts to look at the trebuchet ms bold and
all it shows is:"123456789.:,;*!?')" above the line 12.
Nothing else.
I did a search on the winxp cd to look for the ttf and got the same
result.

Any ideas what the problem could be??

I have run spybot, hijack this looking for an adware, it's clean.
Anti virus Avast is up to date.

The only suspect left is Ati catalyst driver, I am using version 6.01
and was installed a couple weeks ago. Dont know if the problem started
there as I only noticed it now.

Another thing I just remembered is that I recently used tweakui
powertoy to fix a problem that I had with the start bar/all programs
not opening when hovering with mouse.

Wonder if that messed up with fonts display!
