no taskbar or icons

I am having problems with my desktop. I turned on the pc
and i have no taskbar, dektop icons or start menu. i only
have my wallpaper, and i am unable to right click. I can
only navigate myself around the pc by using (Ctrl alt
delete) and then clicking new task. Can anyone help me???
 
go to task manager and choose new task and write explorer
after end the process explorer if it exists
