No Task Manager

Hi i have recently got my computer formatted, and started using my computer
without Service Pack 2. However quite a lot of bugs and worms got into my
computer in the process. Now i cant access task manager. I try accessing it
by pressing ctr+alt+del. It doesnt work anymore. I am also tried to access it
through the help files. But it just doesnt appear. I have a feeling some worm
is preventing it from coming, or has deleted it. Because now my computer is
quite secure with latest version of norton antivirus and spyware cleaner. Can
you tell me how to deal with the situation

That would suggest that you still have a virus onboard. Try an online
virus-check for a 2nd opinion:

Also try ctl + shift + escape.
Also look here:
