No Task Manager-Only pulls up Cpu usage screen

I cannot open the task manager at all. Everytime I try all it does is pull
up the cpu usage screen which I cant even turn off unless I pop up and bunch
and close them as a group. I looked through the forum and didnt find
anything. Anyone seen this before?

Try double-clicking around the frame. It sounds like you are in
small-footprint mode.
