no such interface supported

When sending a message I get a message that states "no such interface
supported". How do i correct this problem? I am using a POP3 account,
GMAIL. Any suggestions?

Have you enable the POP in GMAIL account
Log in to your Gmail account.
Click 'Settings' at the top of any Gmail page.
Click 'Forwarding and POP' in the orange 'Mail Settings' box.
Select 'Enable POP for all mail' or 'Enable POP for mail that arrives from
now on.'
Choose the action you'd like your Gmail messages to take after they are
accessed with POP.

For correct configuration in outlook(OL) please click the link below and
choose your OL version
