No such inteface supported when seleceted from address book

I am getting a no such interface supported when I use the
address book to select one or more names. I am using Word
as my default editor, have tried fixing office and
uninstalling reinstalling word. I am running Outlook 2002

Any help would be appreciated
 
Selecting names how?
What address book service is installed and how is it configured?
