no sound

Was reviewing video from Dv camera and sound went out.
Tried several tapes, no sound in Movie Maker but sound on
camera. Volume up on computer and in Movie Maker, mute
off. Any ideas?
 
that's the way it's supposed to work when capturing with MM2

It'll be there in the file and you'll hear it in MM2 when editing.
