No Sound

My system crashed and had to do a complete system restore. now I have no sound.
device manger (sound) all have the yellow (!) in them.
also there is one in for audio controller.
Please help.

What happens when you download and install the WinXP-specific audio
drivers, as provided by your sound card's manufacturer?
