No Sound Or Video

For a while now, I have had no sound playing whatsoever on my computer. I
also cant play computer games as much, because my graphics are horrible. This
is because I think that my sound and video cards are not working correctly.
Can someone please help me, that would be much appreciated.

If you received any CDs with your computer, then check them for drivers for
Audio and Video and reinstall them.
