No Sound/No Video?

I am using FP 2002. When I try to add a video or an audio clip I can't do
it. Both of the features are "grayed" out on their respective menu options.
Do I have something set incorrectly?

Open Front Page and go to:

Tools | Page Options | Compatibility |
And set all to | Custom | and check all the boxes
