Having trouble adding a video clip in FrontPage 2002

I can’t add video in FP 2002. I go to Insert/Picture and Video is grayed
out? Think I might have a setting messed up?

Open Front Page and go to:

Tools | Page Options | Compatibility |
Set browsers to | Custom | and check all the boxes
