No Sound in Speakers

I recently checked a box that said something like "check this box if you want
all sound played through head phones" and now I can not find where that box
was located so I can undo its function. Right now I can hear sound through
head phones but I can not get any sound to come out of my laptop speakers. If
anyone could please help me I would appreciate it.

The box is under headphones properties in the recording properties, I think.

Start>Control Panel>Sounds and Audio>Voice tab>Advanced button
Under Speaker setup select your speakers instead of stereo headphones.
Click Apply and OK.
