No Sound Help please

Please let me know if there's a more appropriate XP group for this.

Further to my earlier post

I've upgraded from Win98se.Now I have no sound.My Sound card is Sound
Blaster Live Value installed with the PC.When I went to load my Disk it was
obv meant for just 95 and 98 so I went to SB site and downloaded
"LiveDrvUni-Pack(ENG).exe" and ran that it said it had loaded and installed
correctly.But no sound anywhere?

Any ideas learned ones?

yes, here's an idea. Since you didn't continue in the same thread, and
therefore we have NO idea what the first post said without doing a search
for it, start over.

Yeah, the subject of your post says " No Sound Help please," and then
you go and ask for sound help in your message. Make up your mind. Do
you wand "Sound Help" or not?
