No sound device

Iam new at this and some how i have no sound comeing out of my speakers and
the icon on the task bar is gone HELP! please
 
I am wordering if someone can help me find out what happen to sound i my
computer. Theres a big red x by the sound on the right bottom side how do i get it back?
