No signature images in OL 2007

I cannot get images to show up in my signatures in outlook 2007.

I am creating them using the Signatures and Stationary window. I insert an
image by clicking on the image icon, it is an image on my desktop.

I also tried moving the image to the stationary folder under Common
Files/Microsoft/.

Please help!

Create it as a Quick Part
then do Insert > Quickpart

How do I insert this QuickPart into a signature, so it comes up
automatically?

You can't
Insert > Quickpart

So is the image not showing up in signatures a bug? All I can get it to do
is put a red x...
