No send button

For some friggin' reason, there's no SEND button to be found anywhere in my
Microsoft Outlook. I can't figure any way of sending an e-mail from this
program. Someone please say that this has happend to you, and could you
please tell me how to fix it.

do you have an email account configured? what version of outlook are you
