No Scroll bar in contact window

I have a couple of users who for one reason or another have added a table of
names + email addresses into the blank window area when you open up a
contact. In Outlook 2002 this window was along the bottom and therefore could
fit in the whole table width. However, since they have now gone onto Outlook
2003 the window has moved to the right hand side and the table is chopped off
about half way. There is a scroll bar to move up and down, but not one to
move left and right. Is there a way using the 2002 view in 2003 or can we add
in a scroll bar somehow?

Alternatively she will have to place the table in a excel worksheet and link
the workbook to the contact which she doesnt really want to have to do.

Thanks

I know a way that works. I'm not sure if the MVPs with programming skills
would do it this way though.

Open the Contact. Tools | Forms | Design this form. Move one of the
fields a little up and then back down. Close the Contact and when it asks
if you want to save changes Yes.

That Contact will now show as a 2002 style form!

Everyone - turn on your Advanced Toolbars and learn how to use the Field
Chooser and Group by Box!!

Thats great, thanks Judy. I has tested this and it does give the results they
need although I take it that you do have to modify each contact individually.

Well you only said they had a problem with a Contact...

If you want, you can check with the Form Design newsgroup and learn how to
set this as the new default Form style for All Contacts in that folder.
