No save or Save as dialog

Somehow, I get no Save or Save as dialog box in Coreldraw when I select one
of those options (on the menu). I am guessing something must not have
registered properly, but what ? I have already uninstalled and re installed
the whole suite but that did not seem to fix it.

It works ok on all other programs (including Corel Paint and Trace...)

Any idea ?

(W2K 2195 SP4 and Corel 9)
